- Excellent customer skills, being adaptable and flexible to accommodate change and provide responsive services to meet customer needs.
- Experience working in a tourism visitor or customer service environment and dealing with a diverse range of people.
- Solid customer service experience and passion for delivering quality service.
- Experience working with volunteers.
- Competent computer skills, including point of sale ticketing systems.
- Interest in sport and history.
- Flexibility to work weekends, public and school holidays.
