Thomas Foods International is seeking an experienced Reliability Leader to oversee equipment reliability, asset availability and maintenance operations at our Murray Bridge site. You will lead the maintenance team, coordinate activities and drive safe, efficient operation of equipment across shifts.

In this rapid-paced production environment you will implement maintenance strategies, reduce downtime and guide continuous improvement initiatives to maximise asset performance and site efficiency.
