Odyssey Lifestyle Care Communities on Chevron Island (QLD) is seeking an experienced Care Partner to support residents across home care, ageing in place and assisted living. The role combines clinical judgement with care coordination and advocacy to meet residents' needs.

You’ll conduct assessments, develop and update care plans, coordinate services, and review budgets while ensuring safety and compliance across sites in Chevron Island and Robina.
