AC by Marriott Gold Coast is seeking a Commis Chef for the Rivo Restaurant as part of a pre-opening team. You will assist our culinary crew with preparation, cooking and plating while integrating into a high-profile hotel kitchen environment.

You’ll work alongside Demi Chefs and senior culinary leaders, gaining hands-on experience and contributing to building kitchen standards from day one. Part time roster includes evenings, weekends and holidays.
