Discovery Workstay is seeking a hands-on Relief Manager to lead daily village operations across multiple Discovery Parks locations throughout WA, SA, QLD and the NT. You’ll travel between sites, manage rosters, budgets and guest care, and step in when the Park Manager is absent.

Rosters may vary (5:2, 10:4, 14:7). The ideal candidate is mobile and adaptable, with experience in accommodation management and staff development.
