This is a full-time, permanent position reporting directly to the General Manager, Figtree Systems ANZ. Your primary focus is winning new clients, supported by ownership of our ANZ marketing program. Existing client account management sits with our Client Services team, so you can concentrate on growth.

Salary is a robust Base plus Commissions

Key responsibilities

- Win new clients and drive new name revenue to achieve or exceed annual and quarterly targets, working closely with our delivery, product and support teams
- Identify, engage and develop relationships with prospective clients across workers' compensation, general claims fleet management and risk management, generating your own leads alongside those from marketing
- Manage the full new name sales cycle, from first engagement and discovery through to software demonstrations, commercial negotiation and contract close
- Build deep product knowledge so you can demonstrate the Figtree platform and sell its value confidently and unaided
- Prepare proposals, scope documents, quotations and tender/RFP responses, negotiating pricing, terms and conditions in line with company policy and legal requirements
- Plan and run the ANZ marketing program: campaigns, industry conferences and events, case studies, website and LinkedIn content, working with external marketing partners where needed
- Track lead generation and campaign results, and use the data to focus effort where it delivers pipeline
- Maintain a robust and accurate sales pipeline and reporting in our CRM
- Prepare handover documentation so sold projects transition smoothly to the delivery team
- Keep up to date with the claims and workers' compensation landscape, scheme and regulatory change, and competitor products

About you

- Minimum 5 years' proven experience selling new logo software solutions,



ideally to enterprise or government clients
- Experience selling into insurance, claims management, workers' compensation or related markets (strongly preferred)
- Hands-on marketing experience, such as campaign planning, events, content and digital channels
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage executive decision-makers
- Excellent communication, presentation, product demonstration and influencing skills
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills, with sound business judgementHighly organised, able to manage multiple priorities, opportunities and campaigns at once
- Proficient in CRM platforms and sales reporting tools
- Comfortable using AI tools to work smarter across research, proposals and content
- Energetic, self-motivated and committed to continuous improvement
