VACCA in Frankston, VIC is seeking a Permanet - Full Time role to support Aboriginal women, children and families through intake, assessment and short-term case management. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure culturally secure, trauma-informed support and positive outcomes.

You will engage with families to identify needs, develop support plans, and connect them to essential services, while maintaining thorough case notes and collaborating with partner services.
