Marina Mindarie is seeking an Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations across all venues and the in office hotel and marina facilities. You will report to the General Manager and guide venue managers, ensuring smooth service, cost control and guest satisfaction.
With a strong F&B; background, you will manage budgets, capital projects, seasonal menus with the Executive Chef, and oversee the brewery production to meet demand while maintaining high standards.
