Perigon Group seeks a senior funds-management lawyer to lead the legal function for investment products in Australia. You will oversee the full lifecycle from establishment and launch to ongoing operation, amendments, restructures and terminations, with a focus on disclosures, constitutions and trust deeds.

You’ll advise senior stakeholders with autonomy, mentor a Legal Counsel, and collaborate with external counsel on complex matters within a energetic funds platform.
