CSR Springboard in Balcatta, WA is seeking a Trade Counter Sales (Customer Service) & Warehouse Operator for a full time role based at Balcatta with occasional shifts at Neerabup, Midland and Myaree. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will deliver exceptional customer service and manage warehouse operations to support store revenue and margins.

The role requires forklift operation, POS familiarity and a proactive, customer-focused mindset.
