Flourish Australia is seeking a Team Coordinator or Team Coordinator - Peer Specialist to lead a team of Peer Workers and Mental Health staff in Burwood. The role is full time (76 hours per fortnight), Monday to Friday, based in Burwood with potential mobility to Sydney sites.

Salary starts at $92,000 per annum plus super, with generous leave provisions and salary packaging. You will supervise staff, mentor frontline teams, and support recovery-oriented services for people with lived mental
