Rozelle OSHClub is hiring an Assistant Coordinator to lead a team of Educators and support program delivery in a community setting. The role runs 27.5 hours per week across split shifts, with morning and afternoon blocks, offering hands-on leadership experience within a supportive state office framework.

You will mentor staff, manage rosters, design engaging activities, and build robust links with families and schools, with clear pathways to future management opportunities.
