Join a high-performing claims team as a Longtail Claims Specialist, where you’ll manage complex, legacy liability claims and help deliver fair, timely and commercially sound outcomes. This role suits a claims professional who enjoys technical work, detailed analysis and stakeholder engagement across challenging files.

Key responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of longtail liability claims from first notification through resolution.

Review coverage, liability, exposure and reserving on complex legacy matters.

Investigate claims thoroughly, identify trends and drive appropriate settlement strategies.

Work closely with brokers, insureds, legal representatives and internal stakeholders.

Maintain accurate file documentation and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal standards.

Support continuous improvement across claims handling, reporting and portfolio management.

About you

Experience handling longtail, liability, casualty or complex claims.

Strong technical claims knowledge and sound judgement.

Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.





Ability to manage a varied portfolio with accuracy and attention to detail.
