Matthews Cleaning Co. is looking for reliable, motivated and hardworking commercial cleaners to join our Sydney team.

We have multiple casual positions available across Sydney, servicing offices, strata buildings, retail stores, schools and other commercial properties.

While these are casual positions, our aim is to provide consistent, ongoing rosters with regular shifts and established working days. We're looking for people who value routine, take their commitments seriously and want to become long-term members of our team.

Whether you're an experienced commercial cleaner or someone looking to get started in the industry, we'd love to hear from you.

IMPORTANT: You MUST hold a current driver's licence and have your own reliable vehicle. Both are non-negotiable requirements.

What You'll Be Doing

- Cleaning commercial offices, bathrooms, kitchens and common areas.

- Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, sanitising and general cleaning duties.

- Following clear, site-specific cleaning checklists and instructions.

- Working independently or alongside other team members.

- Reporting maintenance concerns or cleaning issues to your supervisor.

- Travelling between cleaning sites when required.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for people who genuinely want ongoing work, take pride in what they do and understand the importance of reliability.

To be successful, you MUST:

- Hold a current driver's licence.

- Have your own reliable vehicle available for work.

- Be punctual, dependable and committed to attending your rostered shifts.

- Be available for regular afternoon and evening shifts.

- Be willing to commit to consistent working days and hours.





- Be comfortable working independently and travelling between sites.

- Take pride in delivering consistently high cleaning standards.

- Have good communication skills and be willing to follow instructions.

- Be open to learning, feedback and improving your skills.

Commercial cleaning experience is highly regarded but not essential.

We value a positive attitude, strong work ethic and reliability just as much as previous experience.
