South Metropolitan Health Service is seeking a Clinical Nurse Consultant to coordinate Voluntary Assisted Dying (VAD) services for inpatients and outpatients. The CNC will assess patients and families, coordinate access to VAD clinicians, and liaise with treating teams to support goals of care and advance care planning across SMHS sites.

This recruitment offers a permanent opportunity for a part time role, with 0.70 FTE available, contributing to a growing program within SMHS Mental Health.
