Activate Physiotherapy. Exercise Rehab in Annandale NSW is seeking a friendly, reliable Part-Time Administration Assistant to join our Customer Care Team.

You will manage patient reception, bookings, invoicing and payments, helping keep our studio and clinic running smoothly. The role requires experience with medical booking systems (PracSuite preferred) or similar, robust communication, punctuality and attention to detail.
