Carwash World is seeking an experienced HR and WHS skilled to take ownership of both functions, working independently with direct access to leadership. The role is part-time (2 days per week) with hybrid work flexibility after handover and a pathway to grow as the business expands.
You'll manage end-to-end employee lifecycle, advise leaders on HR and WHS best practices, and drive engagement, wellbeing and change initiatives while supporting payroll and records management.
