The Salvation Army in Geelong, VIC is seeking an Initial Assessment & Planning Worker to be the first point of contact for people experiencing homelessness. You will listen, assess needs, and guide clients to the right services to support stability and longer-term housing outcomes.

This fixed-term, full time role is based in Geelong, offering SCHADS Award Level 5 with an hourly rate of $53.43–$55.85 plus superannuation.
