Chobani Australia is seeking an Area Lead for the night shift at our Dandenong South site to coach a 10–15 person production team, focusing on safety, quality and line performance, and to partner with maintenance, engineering and quality teams to resolve on‑line issues.

Reporting to the Night Shift Manager, you’ll drive OEE improvements, build capability and contribute to production planning while maintaining a structured 6:00pm–6:00am roster with regular days off and adaptable shifts.
