Transport for NSW is seeking a Workplace Experience & Systems Improvement Specialist to drive service improvements across workplace systems and processes. You will work with the Workplaces Branch, using feedback and data to identify opportunities and translate them into practical changes.

You’ll partner with teams and technologists to enhance desk booking, usage, and move management, while producing explicit communications and guidance for employees.
