Western NSW Local Health District – Dubbo NSW is seeking a Physiotherapist for the Transitional Aged Care Program (TACP). The role involves conducting physical and mobility assessments, delivering targeted exercise programs, and prescribing mobility aids in community settings.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team to support reablement and maintain patient independence after hospital admission. Orientation and ongoing career development are provided.
