The Cove Tavern on the Gold Coast is seeking an experienced Duty Manager to lead the team, oversee daily operations, gaming, compliance and guest service. This hands-on role supports the Venue Manager in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Permanent full-time position (with casual expressions also considered) offering flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holiday periods; advantages include complimentary meals on shift, birthday leave, and Mulpha Benefits discounts.
