Department of Health, Tasmania seeks an experienced Nurse Unit Manager for Surgical Outpatient Services. The role coordinates high-quality patient care across assessment, pre- and post-operative pathways, and non-surgical treatment options.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team, drive service improvements, and support clinic operations and patient education. The role offers permanent full time hours (76 per fortnight) with a view to progression to ANUM and a focus on safety and patient-centred
