Department of Communities in Geraldton is seeking a Therapeutic Residential Care Worker to support children and young people in care. You will join a dedicated team delivering trauma-informed residential care and coordinating activities to promote wellbeing.

The role includes a rotating roster across mornings, afternoons and awake nights, with the aim of achieving the best outcomes for children and young people in a 24/7 service.
