Department of Justice in Western Australia seeks a Legal Officer to deliver legal services on routine and moderately complex matters, including drafting wills, probate advice, and administration of estates and trusts. This is a permanent, full time role based in Perth with a focus on independent practice under supervision.

You will operate within the Legal Directorate, provide support to paralegal and admin staff, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
