Amazon is seeking an Operations Manager to lead daily logistics operations at our Bella Vista & Chullora Delivery Stations. You will supervise a team of Shift Managers, drive continuous improvement, and ensure safety and compliance while delivering on time for customers.

You will analyze performance, manage staffing, and proxy for the Site Lead, shaping efficiency and quality across the delivery network with a focus on customer promises.
