Callaway Homes QLD in Brisbane Southside is seeking a Construction Manager to lead the residential construction division. You will oversee site supervisors, manage project scheduling, budgets and safety, and ensure on-time handovers to clients.

Reporting to the Directors, you will drive process improvements, build robust subcontractor relationships, monitor KPIs, and maintain high standards of quality and compliance.
