The Country Fire Authority (CFA) in Victoria is seeking a fixed-term, full-time role at the Burwood East HQ to coordinate volunteer instructors, streamline recruitment, onboarding and career development. You will work with CFA’s Learning & Development team to ensure high-quality training delivery and stakeholder engagement across the state.

This role requires travel across Victoria, occasional evenings and weekends, and a valid driver’s license.
