Findex is seeking a Workplace Relations Lead (ER and WHS) to join our national People team on an 18‑month max-term contract, with location flexibility across Australia (prefer Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane).
You will be the senior technical authority on employee relations, work health and safety, threat management and immigration advice for around 2,500 colleagues across Australia and Current Zealand, guiding the firm from reactive to proactive risk management.
