We’re looking for a driven, switched-on Factory Manager to take the reins of our brand-current, state-of-the-art stone processing facility and lead the charge as we take our manufacturing operations to the next level.

WHAT WILL YOU BE RUNNING?

- Overseeing the entire factory operation, from slab processing through to finished product.

- Managing production schedules, workflow and daily output.

- Leading and developing your team to get the best out of everyone.

- Keeping quality high, deadlines on track and production running efficiently.

- Driving machine utilisation, reducing waste and finding smarter ways to work.





- Working closely with our project managers, contracts administrators and installation teams.

- Maintaining a safe, organised and high-performing factory.

- Building a culture where people take pride in their work and want to be part of something big.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We want someone who knows stone manufacturing inside and out, loves a challenge and knows how to get the best out of people.

Someone who can walk onto the factory floor, see what needs improving and make it happen.

You’ll ideally have:

- Strong experience managing a stone processing or manufacturing facility.

- A solid understanding of CNC machines, bridge saws, waterjets and automated processing equipment.

- Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage a large team.

- A sharp eye for production efficiency, quality and detail.

- The ability to plan ahead, solve problems and keep the operation moving.

- A hands-on attitude, a positive mindset and the drive to get results.
