The Prospect

Weareseekingan ITSystemsSupportOfficertojoinourTechnologyTeamandplayacriticalroleinsupportingtheday-to-daytechnologyexperienceofourpeople.TherolewillbebasedoutofourSydney/Dubbooffice.

Reportingtothe HeadofInfrastructure,you'llberesponsibleforprovidingresponsivefirst-levelITsupport,managingtechnologyassets,supportingemployeeonboardingandoffboarding,andworking closelywithourManagedServiceProvidertoensureissuesareresolvedefficiently.

Thisroleisidealforsomeonewhoenjoysahands-onenvironment,valuesstrongcustomerservice,andwantstheopportunitytodeveloptheirtechnicalskillswhileworkingacrossabroadrangeoftechnologiesandbusinesssystems.

What You'll Be Doing

- Providingresponsivefirst-leveltechnicalsupporttoBoyceteammembersacrossmultiplelocations
- ManagingITsupportqueues,ticketingsystemsandinfrastructureinboxestoensuretimelyissueresolution
- Coordinatingemployeeonboarding,offboardingandtechnologyprovisioning
- MaintainingandmanagingBoyce'sfleetoftechnologyassets,includinglaptops,accessoriesandequipment
- Supportingsoftwaredeployment,deviceconfigurationandongoingtechnologymaintenance
- WorkingcloselywithourManagedServiceProvidertomonitorservicelevelsandescalateissueswhen required
- Assistingwithprocurementactivitiesandmaintainingappropriatetechnologystocklevelsacrossthe business
- Deliveringusertraining,guidanceandsupporttohelpteammembersgetthemostfromtechnology
- Contributingtotechnologyprojectsandcontinuousimprovementinitiatives




- Helpingmaintaindocumentation,processesandoperationalproceduresthatsupportefficienttechnology services
