Supporting Independent Living Co-operative Ltd. seeks an experienced House Manager to lead a SIL home supporting two young men with complex needs.

The role combines admin/leadership (24 hours/week) with direct floor support (14 hours/week) in a structured, person-centred setting grounded in active support principles. You will collaborate with families, support staff, and health professionals to ensure goals align with each resident’s NDIS plans, delivering meaningful community participation
