Governance Risk and Compliance Solutions Pty Ltd – Sydney CBD NSW is seeking a part-time HR Business Partner to join the Sydney team. This hands-on role shapes recruitment, onboarding, development and engagement as the organisation grows to about 50 employees, with work across office-based and remote teams.

You will combine strategic input with day-to-day delivery, coaching managers on performance, development and people challenges while ensuring compliant HR practices and a robust culture.
