Cockburn Cement is seeking a Process Operator Maintainer to join our Kemerton Operations team in Wellesley, WA. This hands-on role covers operation, monitoring, and maintenance of Hydration and Milk of Lime Plants, on a 4-panel roster: 2 day shifts, 2 night shifts and 4 days off.

You will work with safety systems, perform sampling, QA, fault finding and ensure production continuity while supporting quality outcomes and customer service.
