Wellways in Deniliquin NSW is seeking a Part time Well Connected support worker to assist participants with mental health recovery within their community. You will develop personalised recovery plans and work with clinicians to deliver holistic support.

You will provide specialist interventions, facilitate individual and group activities, and connect participants with community resources while ensuring culturally safe services for CALD and Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islander communities.
