Stockland is seeking a Development Finance Analyst to join the Development Finance team on a 12-month contract, supporting Retail and Communities Real Estate projects. You will deliver detailed feasibility modelling and commercial scenario analysis to inform investment decisions.

Working closely with Finance and Development Managers, you will translate complex financial information into clear insights that drive Stockland’s growth strategy in a energetic development portfolio.
