Padua College on the Mornington Peninsula seeks a Learning Leader - Commerce (POL 2) for a 3-year tenured leadership role, combined with an ongoing teaching appointment. The role centers on guiding curriculum development, pedagogy, and staff development to improve student outcomes.

The salary range is AUD 79,589 to AUD 118,063 per annum, plus 12% superannuation, with a Position of Leadership 2 at AUD 6,326 per annum. Applications close 10:00am, Friday 30 October 2026.
