We are looking for a reliable, caring and proactive FEMALEDisability Support Worker to join our team on a casual basis in Oatley.
This role would suit someone who is engaging, patient and responsible, with a genuine interest in supporting others and helping them achieve their daily goals.
Who We Are Looking For
- A reliable and punctual support worker who can commit to the agreed roster.
- Someone who is empathetic, proactive and willing to learn.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- Someone who respects individual needs, preferences and routines.
- A team player who follows support plans and maintains transparent shift notes.
Previous experience in disability support or aged care is highly regarded.
Support Includes
- Assistance with daily routines and personal care, where required.
- Supporting independence and participation in everyday activities.
- Community access and social engagement, where required.
- Meal preparation and household tasks, where required.
- Monitoring wellbeing and reporting any changes.
- Following support plans and completing shift notes.
Available Roster: Casual Position
- Tuesday: 11:00 am - 4:00 pm or 9:00 am - 2:00 pm
- Thursday: 11:00 am - 4:00 pm or 9:00 am - 2:00 pm
- Friday: 11:00 am - 4:00 pm or 9:00 am - 2:00 pm

Pay Rate Schedule B, Casual Rate
- Hourly pay rate, including casual loading: $45.28
