What does a day in this role look like?

You'll start your morning at our Erina HQ, catch up with the technicians heading out for the day,



and work alongside our receptionist to review the schedule and upcoming appointments.

From there, you'll be:

- Attending pre-booked sales appointments across the Central Coast.

- Meeting homeowners, understanding their needs, and providing qualified on-site quotes.

- Confidently explaining our services, processes, and why we do things the way we do.

- Following up on quotes, building customer relationships, and closing sales.

- Working with our receptionist to coordinate scheduling and keep jobs running efficiently.

- Helping lead, support, and hold our technicians accountable to high standards.

- Monitoring sales performance, operational efficiency, and team targets.

- Identifying ways to improve our systems, processes, and overall business performance.

You'll have real responsibility, real input, and the opportunity to make a genuine impact on the business.

Who we're looking for

We're not looking for someone who simply ticks a few boxes on a resume.

We're looking for an A-player.

Someone who:

- Has proven experience in sales

- Has experience leading teams, managing people, or taking ownership of results.

- Is naturally confident, personable, and an excellent communicator.





- Can think independently, solve problems, and make decisions.

- Is organised and capable of managing multiple moving parts.

- Learns new systems and processes quickly.

- Comes to work with a positive attitude and holds themselves accountable.

- Is motivated by performance, personal development, and long-term growth.

- Holds a valid driver's licence.

Experience in home improvement, construction, trades, or in-home sales would be an advantage, but isn't essential.

You don't need to know everything about our industry. We'll teach you our processes. What we can't teach is attitude, work ethic, and the genuine desire to perform.
