UnitingCare Queensland is seeking a dedicated Child and Family Case Worker for the Intensive Family Support Service in Toowoomba. This full time role (38 hours per week) involves leading case management for vulnerable families, delivering in-home support, and coordinating referrals to specialist services to keep children safe.
Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counselling or a related field, at least two years’ case-management experience, and a current QLD Blue Card.
