ALH Hotels on the Gold Coast is seeking an Assistant Manager for Mermaid Waters Hotel. In this hands-on role, you’ll lead a high-energy floor team across our bistro, sports bar, and gaming room, drive guest satisfaction, and mentor a energetic crew from open to close.

You’ll work with the Publican, manage shifts, handle hiccups, and bring energy, service, and smiles to every shift. RSA/RSG, RMLV, and a Managers Licence are required.
