We are working with a well-backed infrastructure fund that is looking for an investment VP hire to support on evaluating M&A; deals and transaction execution within the region.

Responsibilities

- Originate and source for deals in the region
- Handle screening and evaluation of equity investment opportunities.
- Lead juniors while they build and maintain financial models, valuation analyses, and investment committee materials for new and existing investments.
- Oversee due diligence, lead deal execution, and transaction documentation for acquisitions.
- Work closely with internal teams, investors, advisors and external counterparties on transaction execution and ongoing investment support.
- Contribute to post-investment monitoring,



reporting and analysis for the portfolio.

Qualifications

- 10 -14 years of experience in Investment Banking/Private Equity with exposure to infrastructure deals
- Solid expertise in financial modeling
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work with senior management and clients.
- Client will prioritize candidates with direct PE/buy-side experience as this is a mature team

Candidates have to be comfortable being based in Singapore for this role covering the APAC + ANZ region.
