Healthcare Australia in Brisbane is seeking a Primary Health Registered Nurse to deliver holistic, person-centred care within a diverse primary healthcare setting. You will work with GPs, allied health professionals, nurses and external healthcare providers to assess health needs and coordinate care for positive health outcomes in a day-shift workplace.

Ideal candidates hold unrestricted AHPRA registration and a minimum of 5 years post-registration experience, with strong clinical assessment
