East Metropolitan Health Service is recruiting a Nurse Unit Manager (NUM) at Mount Lawley Hospital in WA. This permanent full time role (76 hours per fortnight; 2.0 FTE) leads nursing to deliver evidence-based care and ensures the unit meets quality, budget and workforce targets.
The NUM is accountable for improving standards, delivering outcomes, and providing a clinical liaison service within the ward’s interdisciplinary team and external partners.
