The Windsor Hotel, Dalby, part of Waymark Hotels, is seeking a Cook or Chef to join our team. You will work across two venues, using fresh local produce to deliver diverse, contemporary dishes.

Key duties include maintaining a proactive kitchen operation, ensuring meals are high quality and timely, managing stock and wastage, and assisting with menu changes as needed. Applicants should have formal qualifications and relevant experience.
