Our client is a highly regarded Australian Tier 2 builder delivering complex projects across the data centre, health, education, commercial and social infrastructure sectors. The business has an established reputation for quality project delivery and long-standing client relationships.

Due to a strong pipeline of secured work, they are hiring Site Supervisors to join their team on a major data centre project in Western Sydney.

They will also consider experienced Leading Hands looking to take the next step into a Supervisor role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities across assigned areas of the project
- Manage subcontractors and trades to ensure works are delivered safely and to programme
- Monitor construction progress, quality and compliance with project specifications
- Coordinate materials, labour and site resources to maintain programme requirements
- Identify and resolve site issues, working closely with the Site Manager and project team
- Maintain high standards of safety, site organisation and workmanship

About You:

- Experience as a Site Supervisor or strong Leading Hand with a head contractor in Australia
- Background delivering commercial, residential, industrial, data centre or other major construction projects
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, site coordination and sequencingli>
- Ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate multiple trades on site
- Good communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
- Relevant trade qualifications and a strong commitment to site safety
