Nufarm in Laverton North, Victoria is seeking Synthesis Operators to join the 2,4-D Manufacturing team. You will operate processes and equipment to meet production requirements, follow supervisor instructions, and drive improvements in safety, quality and efficiency.

You will work in a fast-paced agricultural chemical plant, with opportunities for development and leadership within the operations team. A forklift licence and positive problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
