About the role .

This role is ideal for an ambitious Business Advisory professional looking to take the next step in their career in an autonomous role where they will manage a diverse portfolio of clients, build trusted long-term relationships and make a genuine impact on client success. Beyond delivering exceptional business advisory services, this position plays a key role in mentoring and developing team members while contributing to the growth of the business.

What are we looking for?





- A bachelor’s degree in commerce/accounting and CA ANZ / CPA qualification;
- A minimum of 6 years’ professional experience in tax and business advisory services working with complex client groups including family groups, SMEs and high net wealth individuals;
- Ability to manage strong client relationships and drive business development;
- Previous experience leading a team of at least 3+ team members;
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify opportunities and deliver value-driven outcomes for clients;
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills;
- High level of technical expertise.
