De Bortoli Wines in Rutherglen seeks Vintage Cellar Hands for the 2027 vintage period to join a team-oriented cellar and winemaking team. You will assist with key cellar operations to ensure fruit, must, juice, and wine are processed safely and in line with quality standards.

This hands-on role offers practical experience across a range of winery processes. We value reliability, attention to detail and a strong safety mindset.
