Convil Group is seeking an experienced Building Site Manager to lead residential projects from start to handover on sites across NSW. You will independently run multiple custom homes and duplex developments, coordinating trades, deliveries and inspections while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role requires 4–5 years in residential construction supervision, solid program management, and the ability to drive works to meet milestones.
